Ralphy Miracle gave me some insights on how to elevate our approach to power moves. Gleaning insights from professional Bboys and Bgirls at LOTF, the universal tip everyone provided was to properly stretch. After some thinking, stretching and enhancing body flexibility seemed to be one key aspect of breaking that has yet to focused on in Edmonton. Flexibility = Strength. Not only will flexibility allow you to attempt hard foundational moves like: airflares, but it will also provide your body a way to move in a more sustainable way, reducing ware and tare of the body.
