- CCs to 3 step to 2 step
- Mr. Wiggles drop (2x) to 7 steps
Concept based cyphers: (Creativity exercise)
- Dynamic weight transfer
- Micro-timing adjustments to music
- Arm to elbow to shoulder isolation

- Write down sets and perform them. Make:
