This class will take a less structured approach to gauge what the students have learned so far throughout the past few months of teaching and training.

Exercises:
- Water bottle based cypher: A water bottle will be placed at the centre of the cypher and participants will dance around the bottle without knocking it down.
- This exercise will challenge dancers to take note of their surroundings and consider movements in different ways.
- Stacking exercise: This exercise will help dancers practice their ability to stack freezes upon each other.
- The ability to stack freezes together is key for beat killing and improving overall body control.
