These past couple months, we have focused on the fundamental aspects of breaking and have improved our top rock, footwork, power and freeze foundation. For the next couple weeks we will focus on “labbing”. Labbing is the process of developing new moves, sets and patterns that fit one’s style. Supplemented by our enhanced understanding of breaking fundamentals we will start to apply new concepts, patterns and creative frameworks to our sets. This will get us better prepared for jam season.
